Do you ever find suddenly yourself getting irritable or moody for almost no reason? What is your mood today? Feelings good, bad, sad, stress, angry or.My mood? I can’t do anything today! I feel like I’m out of my mind, out of control and feeling down. I don’t meant to hurt their feeling, but I still do.Your swing mood may give effect to your health and also people around you. We have a variety of emotions but it doesn’t mean we have to let them cascade out of control. I believe that, dealing with constant change and pressure is the main source of changing moods besides reflected of our chemistry.

You must find it really really hard to deal with your emotions. To me, it’s very important to work through my very very bad moods because maybe I’m going to hurt somebody without sympathy. Heheheh just kidding. So, when does your mood actually set? When you wakeup in the morning or suddenly change whenever you want it to be? It’s come unexpected; anytime, everyway and start to ruins your beautiful day. Come on friends What should you do when you loose control yourself, feeling of being on an emotional roller coaster? What are you observations? Or You just let yourself drown by your swinging moods. Don’t give up so soon! If you can’t work on it, just try some advice from the experts. Because when it’s more than just a mood, it can be signs of depression and can lead to heart disease. Here are some things you can do that might make those bad moods a bit easier to handle:

~ Pinpoint the problem. Whether you’re fuming or fearful, the first step you should take is to discover why. Find out the source. When it start changing and why? Try to solve whatever problem it is.

~ Respect you rhythms. Put more cares on your lifestyle. Take serious on what you eat, level of exercise and health. Dr. Ben Rusak says it’s normal for humans to have low body temperatures in the early morning, when many physiological functions are at low ebb. A person tends to be in a bad mood if awakened at that time. Moods improve as body temperature rises during the day.

~ Get enough sleep. Though it can be hard to find enough time, getting adequate rest is very important. Being tired can lead to more sadness and irritability. Stanley Coren, a University of British Columbia psychology professor and author of Sleep Thieves, says too little sleep can play havoc with our emotions. “When you acquire a sleep debt, your mood plummets. And the bigger the debt, the more significant the deterioration in mood.

~ Get moving. Regular exercise produces more beta-endorphin, a hormone that controls stress and improves mood. Dr. David Posen discusses two of the benefits of regular exercise. “When we exercise, a lot of wake-up and feel-good hormones start circulating and their effects last for several hours. Second, the more we exercise, the better our bodies get at taking in oxygen and using it efficiently. The result is substantially increased energy.”

~ Eat wisely. “We have known for some time that diet can affect the production of certain brain neurotransmitters that impact our moods,” says Leslie Beck, a registered dietician in Toronto. Do not skip breakfast, limit your caffeine intake and drink at least six to eight glasses of water a day.

~ Cultivate a positive look. “Many people who suffer from bad moods give themselves negative messages,” says Posen. “They think thoughts like ‘I’m a loser’ or ‘Nothing I do ever work out.’” The quickest fix of all may be simply to laugh bad moods away. Laughter will relax your muscles, slow down your pulse and lower your blood pressure. Even something as simple as smiling can help lift a bad mood.
