How To Live A Happy Life
Whatever you do in your life, you never feel the difference – wake up in the morning, go to work or stay at home the whole day and sleep at night. It’s circle of a life where you can’t hide or escape from it. Some are happy with their life and some have to live with a constant treadmill feeling. So, are you feel content and confidence to continue your journey with happy though and fulfills your needs? Or, you’re still feeling trapped inside your own life? It’s been past 30 years you live with anger and frustration, do you let another 30 years living with it? If you keep those feelings longer inside you, it can be harmful and eat you alive.
Day-by-day we have to face the same routine: Whether it stems from work, relationships, being at home all day or even from friends and family – it lives inside us, no matter where we go, it follows. By running away from reality is not the right answer. Even you make a biggest change with your daily routine; it won’t bring you out from the shell if you still live with the same mentality. All of us may have been through this kind of feelings, but how to banish it without involving people around you and everything you already have?
First of all, it is important to set your mind into what you actually want in your life and realize that you’ve only got one life and you’re living it now – not just today, at the weekend or on that holiday you’ve got planned but forever life. Then take your time to discover your personal approach to life, to see how much your own attitudes could be oiling the wheels of your treadmill.
Feeling trapped & can’t breathe….Find out the source of the feeling and try to understand – what, where and how it could give effects to your life. Is it work, your relationship, your parents or your friends? It is important to identify the main source because that’s the only way and starter, so you can fix what actually going on with your life. Take your time to list out the various areas in your life where you feel trapped: whatever comes to your mind, write them down without feeling hesitate. Don’t add to your responses and don’t lie – the answers might be surprising you but you’ll soon work out why you choose them. If you have more than three things on your list, make sure you take instant move and it’s time to stop what you’re doing to yourself.
Look into for reasons why you feel trapped…Of course you know why you can’t fulfill your life. Jot down the answers without thinking. If you already know the sources, meaning you know the area of your life where you feel trapped; tired, stressed and frustrated. You realize that you do things because you have too and not because you like to do it. What you think about things you do is important: You know you had given limit into the specific view only, so you’re not feeling great and enjoying your life. When you recognize this, suddenly you know what’s important to you. It gives you a way to feel more confidence – you start feeling great, doing things on purpose and things you do become more meaningful and your life too.
Find out more about yourself and what motivates you….Ask yourself what you’ve been done to get off that treadmill feeling. Do you start using potential you have to achieve your goals and are you satisfied with your achievement so far? Are you doing your best in crucial times, not give up even you almost lost you confidence, ready to take challenge and willing to use more of your skills and abilities to do what it takes to work? The main point here is do you know how to make your life more satisfying and meaningful? If you say yes to most of the questions, the better the chance you have of making a positive change. You know what it takes to jump off the treadmill and turn your life into something more rewarding. After all, the first thing you should do if you want to get off that treadmill is to stop beating yourself up.
You ask yourself what’s driving you…wonder why you’re so full of energy and what encourage you to do things you enjoyed. If you asking yourself this question, means you’re on the right track. You feel inspired because you know what you do is meaningful and worthy and you have much choice in your life. So, you don’t have to put pressure on yourself and feeling stress.
Looking for your own personal value….You know it’s important to regain back your confidence so you can living up to what you value most in life. Maybe you’re kind person, taking responsibilities, keeping promises, honesty, compromising – only you know it – reveal yourself and write them down to remind you. You know you have all it inside you, use it - it will make you feel great about yourself. Actually, problems occur when we lose confidence in ourselves and look for something or someone else to blame instead. Feeling trapped only happen when we haven’t taken responsibly for living up to our values so we find a comfortable reason for failure.
So, when you think what’s important to you, it helps to make distinction between things you really want and don’t. You don’t want to wake up in the morning or go for exercise class or have a serious talk with your partner or give up being alcoholic. You’re looking for simple life and trying to avoid everything that happens around you. You really want, on the other hand, are more to your personal values. Even it’s not easy, but every time you you’re acting consistently with them you feel good about yourself. You believe in yourself and what you do and very confidence you can face it for another 30 years. If you putting your core values first and doing what you really want to do, you’ll quickly be able to regain control of your life and stop feeling so over-whelmed by the clutter of your day-to-day existence.
Take actions to freedom….Write down your immediate response when you think what you can do to stop feeling trapped. You may didn’t realize actually you’re know a lot more than you think about getting yourself out of the trap and off the treadmill. Take your time and think about your life and what you most want to achieve. Identify your goals and focus on them – don’t take easy and act that you have nothing to do with it. There’s nothing we can achieve if keep just wait and see where life takes us and how it turns out leaving it all up to our lot in life.
Success only owned by people who chasing for their dreams, work hard for it and make them a reality and nothing comes to those who wait for it to fall into their laps. The next thing you have to do is examine your attitudes and mental approach towards life. Our attitudes give big effect to what we’re going to be – whether it limit or empower us no matter where we are. Being positives when face troubles in your life is the best way to solve them and get back your happiness. Don’t give up easily and concentrate on the positives aspects instead – and soon the negatives things right themselves.
Even it is not easy to change your mind but it is not impossible to do: anyone can do this, in any aspect of their life. What makes fulfilled people different from others is how they keep positives on the attitudes and how they approach to the life they wanted for.
