What is healthy and what to do with beauty? To go on with this life you must have a healthy body but to content the desire of living — beauty inside outside is to be a priority. To achieve this level of optimum wellness, you must have a positive self image. This means you have to live in healthy lifestyle by improving your appearance and performance levels by implementing the principles of a safe and effective eating and exercise program. So, what’s related to beauty?

Beauty is a side effect of a balanced, fulfilled life. Supreme personal beauty is accessible to everyone who is willing to take more control of their health in their day-to-day life through time-tested principles of natural living. Everyone’s born with their own unique beauty and it will shines forth when they have radiant health and personal happiness. True beauty are supported by three pillars—outer, inner and lasting beauty which only by enhancing all three we can attain the balanced state of radiant health that makes each of us the most fulfilled and beautiful person we can be.

The outer sign of beauty your skin, hair and nails are more than just superficial measures of beauty. They are direct reflections of your overall health. Outer beauty depends more on the strength of your digestion and metabolism, the quality of your diet, and the purity of your blood, than on external cleansers and conditioners you may apply.

Inner beauty is authentic beauty, not the kind that shows on a made-up face, but the kind that shines through from your soul, your consciousness or inner state of being. Inner beauty comes from a mind and heart that are in harmony, not at odds with each other, causing emotional confusion, loss of confidence, stress and worry. Inner peace is the foundation of outer beauty.

And to gain lasting beauty, you have to pay attention to your lifestyle and daily routine and effective management of stress. For most of us, beauty is not a gift but a choice. Every woman can be radiantly beautiful simply by beginning to lead a healthier life. Developing a healthy, positive image of yourself is the first critical factor in your fitness success. Having a strong sense of self-worth provides the basis for making rational and affirming decisions about your health.     Hi Tasia, thanks for dropping by. Inner beauty is something that come from your heart, shine on your face and it show through your action and behaviour. It’ s come natural and people can see it without you show it. It not physically beauty, but if you have this inner beauty, you’re automatically beauty in others eyes. It shows indirectly through your behaviours – how you talk, how you treat others and how you can bring yourself. People always says that outer beauty are physically beautiful – have a pretty face, sexy figure or make-up trick. This kind of beauty can be change depends on out habits and how we take care of it. We can maintain this beauty, losing it or make lasting – all depends on us. However, this outer beauty won’t lasting without strong inner beauty which shine form inside, show the real, true beauty.
