Water purification in your household and not only should be very important. We should all be careful about the water we drink and the water we bath or wash with. The same way you protect your washing machine from calcium deposits, the same way we have to learn to take care of our bodies.
Just because we do not see it immediately it does not mean we are not affected by water that is not purified. There are several water purifiers, water softeners and water purification systems that we can choose from.
Purifying water is essential because it removes chemicals and bacteria as well as minerals like calcium and magnesium. A water purifier can remove all the bacteria without removing chemicals and minerals.
A water softener will remove the calcium and magnesium that are considered hardening minerals, but will not take care of the chemicals and bacteria. If each of them is specifically design to achieve one thing in the process of water purification it does not mean that water cannot be purified.
One thing to remember is that the tap water you have is already treated and some of the impurities, bacteria and chemicals are already removed. Because from the treating place to your house water still has a long way to travel through the plumbing system some new bacteria and other impurities from the plumbing system are carried by the water.
Thus even though water was treated and cleaned it can still appear dirty, cloudy and even have an odor. To get rid of all of these or at least most of them you have to use a water purification system in your house. You can select one that is installed in your kitchen, bathroom or both, or you can select a more performing one installed at the main water pipe outside your house. All these systems use different processes to purify water. Different processes let you obtain purified water at different levels.
Even though water purification is actually the method of eliminating impurities from the untreated water there is no way to get the purified water in the households and have the same level of purity. This is way the industry developed a series of water purifiers to help individual households as well as other industries like the chemical or pharmaceutical industries where it is extremely important to have water with no impurities.
The most common methods to achieve purified water are the filtration, the water softening, the reverse osmosis, the carbon filtration, the ultraviolet filtration, distillation and boiling. While boiling may prove to be a method that manages to eliminate just a few of the bacteria, distillation manages to make almost 100 percents pure water.
The reverse osmosis filtration method is getting more and more popular as well as the use of more performing systems that have several filters in place, each of them being responsible for a set of impurities that exist in the water. There are also portable water purifiers on the market. These give you the chance of purifying your drinking water if you are in areas where water safety can be a problem. Nowadays, because of the high level of pollution, not even the spring rivers are safe enough anymore.
Drinking water and cooking water should be obtained with the help of water purifier systems. These systems should have filters for removing microscopic particles like calcium carbonate and even rust that comes off from the pipes, filters for removing sediments, activated carbon filters for eliminating chemicals and a reverse osmosis filter. Also more advanced systems offer an ultraviolet light intended to neutralize any escaping impurities.
Having at least a water purifier system is important especially if you live in rural areas or in areas where there are water problems. Even in the city where water is available all the time, the quality of it is not as is should and people should take extra precautions when using it. An investment in a water purification system is in fact an investment in your health and your estate.

Even though eloping may be the cheapest way to get married, most people wouldn'’t dream of getting married without their close friends and family members. If you plan to have a traditional ceremony, you'’ll likely have to pay a fee in order to have your wedding ceremony in church. This can be expensive, but fortunately there are a number of ways you can reduce costs in this area.
Getting Married Off-Season
As with many other aspects of your wedding, everything will be cheaper at a time of year when fewer couples are exchanging their vows. Therefore, you may want to consider a winter or fall wedding to avoid peak wedding season. You may even be able to save by selecting the month before or after the busiest times - typically April through October. This will help you save some money, but if you'’re set on a June wedding, there are some other options.
Choose a Small Church
For the most part, the smaller the church you choose, the less you'’ll pay in rental fees. If you'’re on a budget, you'’ve probably already pared down your guest list, but take the time to review the list of people you'’re inviting with care. If you can fit everyone into a smaller church, you'’ll save on rental fees, food and beverage costs and more. You may also find that you enjoy the charm of a smaller building or the more intimate atmosphere it provides.
Getting Married Outdoors
Getting married outdoors has become much more popular in recent years. As a result, it should be fairly easy to find a clergyman that will perform a service in this setting. In some cases, you may find that this will also be a cost-effective option for your reception. That said, you'’ll have to make sure you have alternative arrangements should the weather choose to not cooperate with you.
Group Weddings
Even though it’’s relatively unheard of in the US, group weddings are becoming very popular in some foreign countries. Depending on the number of people you plan to invite to your wedding, it might make sense to set up a group wedding. If you have any close friends that are planning weddings at the same time, see if you can split a facility for your ceremonies. This is a great way to reduce your costs by spreading them out among more parties, and you may find that celebrating with a larger group makes the occasion even more special.
Aside from your wedding dress, your most important concern is likely to be the place where you'’ll exchange your vows. However, if you'’re on a tight budget, it’’s important to think about all of the different options that are available. Try to visit a number of different churches with your fiance to get a feel for the type of setting you prefer. Don'’t be swayed by any tempting facility sales pitches - be sure to stick with your budget before making your final decision.

There are a lot of weight loss remedies on the market. From Dr. Atkins to the South Beach Diet to diet pills including the new Alli pill, to Hoodia to Hydroxycut and so on and so on. One type of weight loss aid that is rarely discussed is the weight loss tonic. This article will go over the weight loss tonic and what it can mean in terms of helping you shed the pounds.
- What is a Tonic?
One common definition of a tonic is: a substance that invigorates or strengthens the system. The truth of the matter is that there are a lot of variations in tonics these days, and this article will go over some of the different weight loss tonics available on the market today.
- The Triple-Kit Tonic:
Sometimes manufacturers of weight loss tonics and tonics in general will advertise a set of tonics, that, when working together will not only increase metabolism, but give you more energy and help you stay focused throughout the day. Most of these will include a cleansing tonic of some sort.
A good example of this is something by a company called the Herbalist. They have a Renew-U tonic for cleansing the system which claims to promote liver function. A Glandular tonic call bladderwack to promote a healthy thyroid and increase metabolism and something called New Choice which is a tonic aimed at enhancing brain function.
This Herbalist Triple-Kit has ingredients from milk thistle, to dandelion root, to echinacea. This is not to say that just because it is all natural it is good for you, but it is nice to know you have all natural weight loss options when it comes to tonics on the market today.
- The Yerba Mate Weight Loss Tonic Option:
Yerba Mate, which I drink as a tea almost every day, also comes in an aggressive weight loss tonic form. The makers of one of these Yerba Mate tonics called Slim-Tonic Plus, claims that it will curb hunger and even thirst, while including other vitamins and minerals. It includes Yerba Mate as the main ingredient along with bladderwrack sea vegetable, dandelion root, hawthorn berry and more. This tonic, like most, requires a dosage of a few drops in the tongue every day.
- Other Weight Loss Tonics:
There are a few other tonics out on the market, one of which simply calls itself Diet and Weight Loss Tonic. It includes something called cassia nomame P.E., garcinia cambogia P.E., dandelion root (which we have seen before) and hawthorn berry (which we have seen before). This is similar to the tonic mentioned above minus the Yerba Mate. Of course more ingredients do not necessarily make a tonic better.
- The Weight Loss Tonic Conclusion:
Out of the three types of tonic remedies mentioned, it is obvious there are enough different types of weight loss tonics to choose. The weight loss tonic certainly may be a better option for those that like to keep it all natural and don'’t want the wired feeling some weight loss pills provide.
I do want to stress that just because these ingredients are “all natural” it does not mean they are any safer then a diet pill. They may be safer, but the point is that you should always seek the guidance of a doctor before taking any new diet pill or tonic. That being said, the weight loss tonic certainly seems to have its advantages over other weight loss aids on the market today, if not just for its all natural approach to weight loss.
Good luck and happy dieting!

Ever wish you could test the waters for a new product or service before sinking a lot of time and energy into development? Well, here’’s the good news: you can.
Once you have a clear idea in mind for the product or service you'’d like to launch, you can conduct a do-it-yourself version of what Corporate America commonly calls a concept test. In this kind of research, you'’ll get a clear idea of what your target market thinks of your idea - what they'’re willing to pay for it - and most importantly, why.
The do-it-yourself Concept Test will take a little time, but will save you both time and money (and possibly even your business!) down the line.
Are you ready?
First of all, you'’ll need to sit down and clearly delineate exactly what your product or service is, including what features and benefits it will offer and how much it will cost. Typically, you'’ll write 2-3 paragraphs describing your idea, making sure to clearly explain the benefits to the consumer. This is your concept statement.
Now that you have your concept statement, you need to develop a survey to gauge the reaction of your target market. Your survey should consist of a brief introduction and your concept statement, followed by a handful of questions that are key in determining whether your product or service stands a chance. Those questions are:
- Purchase interest (How likely are you to buy this product, if it were available to you? A) Definitely will buy, B) Probably will, C) I might, D) Probably will not, E) Definitely will not buy.)
- Overall Likes and Dislikes (What do you particularly like about this concept? What don'’t you like? What could be improved about this idea?)
- Value (How would you rate the value for the money for this product/service?)
- Uniqueness (How new and different is this concept?)
Make sure you include a range of possible responses, so it’’s possible to develop a detailed picture of how your respondents feel.
Now you'’ll need to find a group of people in your target market - if your product is a new all-natural diet soda, for example, your target market might be health-conscious women, ages 20-45. There are research companies that specialize in finding groups of people with just the characteristics you'’re looking for, but if you'’re on a budget, I suggest you talk with friends, family, and friends-of-friends, as well as those of your employees. Chances are you'’ll find a significant number of people in your target market.
Another great DIY technique for getting your survey in front of your target market is working with someone who has a business that serves that market. Ask them if they will send your survey to their customer base, perhaps in exchange for something you might be able to offer in return.
If possible, offer some type of incentive or “thank you gift” for those willing to take the time to fill out your survey. An inexpensive way to do this might be to offer a drawing for an iPod Nano or another item with widespread appeal.
One thing to watch out for when approaching market research on a DIY basis is bias. Your friends, relatives, and friends-of-friends are the network most obviously available to you, but they'’re also the people most likely to hesitate in being brutally honest. Let them know that the best thing they can do for you is to tell the truth, and find a way to return the survey anonymously, if possible.
Finally, a word about “sample sizes,” or the number of surveys you want to see returned. Large corporations will typically interview 150-300 people of a particular target group when they are evaluating a concept. Clearly, the more people you interview, the more reliable your results will be, but surveying people takes time. The trick is to get as many people as you can, but know that beyond 200 or so, you'’re going to see diminishing returns.
Now that you'’ve got this important feedback on your new product or service, it’’s time to put that information to work.
When your surveys have been returned, decide what your minimum requirements will be in order for you to take the next step. Large corporations call this an “action standard.”
As a small business owner, your most logical action standard has to do with how many people are likely to buy your product.
The rule of thumb some professional marketing research firms use to gauge true demand is that 80% of the people who answered that they would “definitely purchase” your product actually will - while only 20% of those who answered they “probably will purchase” will do the same.
Using this rule of thumb, let’’s say your data shows true demand of 20%. Now you have to take into account the role of advertising and exposure.
Let’’s say there are 10 million potential customers in your market, but you'’re advertising on a shoestring. With the budget you'’ve got, how many people can you make aware of your product? Five percent? That means 50,000 people will become aware of your product. With 20% true demand, you might expect 10,000 buyers.
So - is 10,000 buyers enough to make your new product viable?
If not, it’’s time to go back to the drawing board, using the feedback you received to strengthen your concept.
If so, it’’s time to move confidently ahead - knowing the market is with you.

Lumps on your genitals do NOT necessarily mean you have a sexually transmitted disease-it could be a condition resembling acne. The lumps eventually (or quickly) become inflamed and the top turns yellow as the skin swells and becomes so thin the pus becomes visible. This condition is actually called folliculitis, or and inflammation of the hair follicle. The follicle becomes blocked with dead skin cells, perspiration and other materials resulting in an acne-like condition. Another type of genital lumps may merely be soft and painful and absent of pus. They'’re filled only with water that is trapped in the pores.
Hair follicles in the genital area can become clogged for a number of reasons. Underclothing used to be made exclusively of cotton, a natural substance that breathes. Not so recently, artificial materials have been used to manufacture underclothing and has become popular because of the soft, silky sensation on the skin as well as being easily washed and dried. Unfortunately, manmade materials don'’t “breathe”, shutting off the air supply to the skin and hair follicles and creating a perfect environment to retain natural perspiration. The moisture has nowhere else to go but to be absorbed into the skin where it blocks the hair follicles, resulting in infection.
Another big contributor to genital hair follicle infection is sports. Often, sports participants wear tight clothing of manmade materials that don'’t allow their skin to breathe. The exertions of sports produce perspiration that is trapped on and in the skin. Casual sports such as pick-up basketball games using neighborhood courts don'’t allow the players immediate access to showers and a quick change of clothing. Even though they'’re wearing street clothing, it’’s often up to an hour or more before a shower is taken. Every moment that dirt and perspiration is trapped in the genital area, the chances of genital lump “acne” increases.
Due to the sensitive skin in the genital area, use of the same acne medication used on the face is not recommended. If you find lumps in the genital area, the most important thing to do is to visit a dermatologist in order to ascertain exactly what is causing it. While it is probably not a sexually transmitted disease, many STDs can look like genital lumps in the early stages. Many other skin conditions have the same early indications as genital lump “acne”. Other, more serious, conditions can also be mistaken for this simple skin disorder. A dermatologist or your family physician will be able to diagnose and properly treat the symptoms. You'’ll recover more quickly from this uncomfortable malady with proper medical diagnoses and advice.
It’’s important to note that this condition is not contagious and is definitely temporary even though it’’s very uncomfortable and often painful.

Origins of Yin and Yang - The origin of the Yin and Yang can be traced back to 1000 BCE. Depictions of Yin and Yang symbols have been found on oracle bones or skeletons of animals used in Chinese ritual dating from this era.
Yin and Yang Concepts - The concept of Yin and Yang describes two opposing and, at the same time, complementary and completing aspects of any one phenomenon, be it object or process, or comparison of any two phenomena.Yin and Yang are universal quality standards of the systems of correspondence seen in most branches of classical Chinese science, philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine.
Yin Qualities - Yin qualities are characterized as soft, slowness, substantial, water, cold, conserving, tranquil, gentle, and corresponds to the night.
Yang Qualities - Yang qualities are characterized as hot, fire, restless, hard, dry, excitement, non-substantial, rapidity, and corresponds to the day.
Yin and Yang in Chinese Medicine - The idea of Yin and Yang is one of the many principles that are at the root of Chinese medicine and it is functioning. This particular method was applied through Taoism, one of the religious practices in the Orient. From this philosophy, the Chinese discovered that the laws of the universe could be applied to each individual in order to gain optimum health.
The idea of Yin and Yang incorporates five major ideas that are then used in order to help one gain the best of health. The first of these is opposition. This means that everything and everyone has two polar opposites. When one is balanced, both of these are controlling each other. This opposition is essential to one being able to exist in the universe.
Not only is this opposition essential for existence, but it is also what allows one to be healthy. By balancing out these two opposites, one is able to nourish them as well as grow into new understanding and balance. However, even if these are not balanced, there is still a little of one side into the other making the idea of Yin and Yang interchangeable.
When one applies these particular philosophies to health, they can find that they are able to use the principles to help with health. With each side of your body is another side that is the polar opposite. A good example is your abdomen, which needs your back in order to remain balanced. By focusing on both sides, you will be able to gain balance, energy and a holistic approach to your life.
The idea of Chinese medicine is one that does not just record symptoms through a scientific perspective. It takes into account the dark and light sides of everyone. By learning how to apply the principles of Yin and Yang to every part of your health, there is the ability to learn to exist with a new balance.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has a long history of over 4,000 years. For centuries, millions of people in China have relied on TCM for their health and treatments. It joins the power of acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and energetic exercises to correct imbalances found in the body. This not only allows the body to heal itself but also helps to prevent other illness. TCM has been used to treat various ailments, from acne, cellulite, dandruff, gout, insomnia, menopause, weight loss and wrinkle to other more serious health conditions such as arthritis, cancer, cholesterol, depression, diabetes and heart diseases.
Ying and Yang
Chinese believe that the imbalances of organ energies (or Qi) may cause disease that affects the health. The TCM approach is fundamentally different from that of modern Western medicine. In TCM, the understanding of the human body is based on the holistic understanding of the universe as described in Daoism, and the treatment of illness is based primarily on the diagnosis and differentiation of syndromes. The goal of TCM treatment is to adjust and harmonize Yin and Yang - wet and dry, cold and heat, body and mind. This is accomplished by regulating the Qi, Moisture and Blood in the Organ networks. Weak organs are strengthened. Congested channels are opened to flow, heat is cooled, cold is warmed, tightness is softened, agitation is calmed and dryness is moistened.
Advantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine
Western medicine has approached health and a well being from a very different angle and viewpoint. It is reactive, rather than proactive. Science and symptoms is the main drivers. Western medicine examines and dissects to determine the conditions of the body and attempts to introduce external, often synthetic drugs to restore health. TCM on the other hand, focus on why the body is not functioning properly and attempts to use individualized organic herbal formula to rejuvenate and to restore the body to its natural state. Modern drugs may cause side effects in the long term and creating another disease while treating the other.
Disadvantages of Traditional Chinese Medicine
One of the shortcomings of TCM is the lack of research in the area of toxins and heavy metals. This is because TCM was established centuries ago when the world was not polluted by industrial waste or toxic chemicals. The lack of standardization in Chinese herbs and the possibility of toxicity present some of the major disadvantages in dealing with traditional Chinese herbs. Numerous cases of potentially toxic levels of arsenic and mercury in Chinese traditional medicines have been reported. It is advisable to purchase traditional Chinese medicine from reputable sources and those which has met FDA guidelines or strict local health certifications.

While most brides focus on the finding the perfect dress for their wedding day, it is just as important to give some thought to the accessories. The first and foremost rule to wedding jewelry is not to overdo it. While it may be fun to get lost in the tulle and satin, it is not a time to load up on the “bling!” After all, a bride does not want to be upstaged by her jewelry on the big day. It is possible to pull off a royal look without looking like the queen’’s closet has been raided.
Once a bride has settled on her dress, it is time to shop for the accessories. It might be tempting to purchase a necklace or earrings simply because they are beautiful, but a bride’’s goal is to create an overall dazzling effect. This means shopping for pieces that will complement the dress. Avoid buying an item without first thinking about how it will fit harmoniously with the rest of the outfit.
Before choosing jewelry it is also good to know what type of metal will work best with a specific gown’’s coloring. Gold embellishments clash with the bright white hue of a true white gown. Instead, consider pearls or platinum.
A diamond-white, or barely off-white colored gown matches well with gold and silver, as well as rose gold and pearl. For gowns in a candlelight shade choose gold jewelry to highlight the light white or yellow undertones.
The style of the dress also comes into play when choosing bridal jewelry. For instance, a strapless gown is ideal for a swept up hairdo, along with elegant chandelier earrings that will move and catch the light. For a sleek look, choose crystal or a touch of color. A sentimental bride might choose her birthstone or a lighter color from her bouquet. Diamond earrings are always a stylish choice as they frame a bride’’s face beautifully in pictures.
For a bride with a more contemporary edge, it can be a challenge to create the right balance with a sleek, elegant dress that most often typifies a modern wedding. Traditional jewelry can provide a fun contrast with and soften the contemporary look of the dress. Pearls have a timeless elegance for both a traditional and contemporary bride. For an unusual statement, choose iridescent, blue-grey Tahitian pearls or petite pink ones. Teardrop-shape pearls are lovely set as drop earrings or as a pendant.
The bride looking for a vintage look has a variety of fun choices for self expression. Check jewelry stores and websites for unique pieces set with colored stones. Colored cubic zirconia is also a hip choice. Vintage jewelry is another favorite for this look - from Marcasite jewelry to bold beads. Or, for dresses with a vintage flair, create a contrast with modern-style jewelry.
The V-neck dress is a favorite with brides who want to show a little d'’colletage. This style looks great with a pendant or choker, as well as a single- or double-strand of pearls. For a truly glitzy look, choose a crystal choker with matching earrings that will catch the light - and guests'’ attention. The v-neck dress and halter styles are also great styles for bringing the attention upwards. Some brides choose to decorate their tresses with a stylish headband or crystal hairpins. Hair worn in a sleek bun or loose ponytail accessorizes the halter look beautifully.
Most importantly, brides should choose jewelry that reflects their personality. A bride who is uncomfortable wearing chandelier earrings should stick to a diamond or pearl stud. No matter what the choice, a bride who is comfortable in her accessories will exude the confidence and beauty from within.
Bridal Jewelry Tips
1. Brides should wear jewelry they love and that reflects their personality.
2. Consider the neckline of the wedding dress when choosing a necklace. A sweetheart neckline looks fine without one, but v-necks provide a perfect frame for a special piece.
3. Avoid the temptation to overwhelm the dress by wearing too many accessories.
4. Match hairstyle to dress: Brides with short hair or those wearing an up-do can choose longer earrings to compliment their style. Brides with long hair should consider stud earrings that add an accent to the flowing tresses.
5. Match jewelry to dress color.
6. Brides can never go wrong with the classic look of diamonds and pearls.

Back pain due to muscle strain is a very common discomfort experienced by most women during pregnancy. The expansion in the uterus places a lot of pressure on the back muscles and as a result affects the body balance leading to discomfort. A slight change in the posture, along with some simple exercises at home helps in easing the strain on the muscles while strengthening them for labor.
Some Self care Strategies To Relax Your Back Muscles
1. Maintain correct posture while standing as well as sitting. Push the buttocks below, pull the shoulders down and then stand erect. In the later stages of pregnancy, avoid pulling your shoulders down as it puts a lot of strain on your lower back. Consult a doctor to get the right posture, so that you do not put the weight of your growing belly on your spine.
2. While sitting or standing, keep changing your position. Avoid standing continuously for a long time.
3. Massage as well as heat therapy helps. A heating pad or a warm soak helps release the strain on the muscles that cause pain. It leads to improved blood circulation as the muscles loosen up.
4. Use pillows generously under the abdomen as well as between the knees. This helps in keeping the spine straight, reducing the pressure on the back muscles. While sleeping, it is advisable to lie down on the side, especially on your left.
5. Avoid lifting any heavy object. Take special care while lifting light-weight items as well. Do not bend at the waist, instead bend at the knee so that you do not strain the back muscles
6. Do some moderate exercises such as stretching, walking or swimming. Yoga is a very good pain reliever, especially if you are suffering from muscle pain during pregnancy. It strengthens the muscles that support the back and prepares you for delivery. Moreover, yoga also helps release the accumulated stress in the body.
7. Try to make yourself as comfortable as possible. Empty your bladder frequently so that you help alleviate the pressure. Keep your body in movement to avoid fluid build-up.
A word of caution! Although back pain is common during pregnancy, do not try to be your own doctor. A persisting back problem can be a precursor to other serious conditions such as preterm labor. In addition, be extra watchful if you are running fever or if you have vaginal bleeding along with the back muscle pain.
About The Author
Get going if you want to avoid back muscle pain during pregnancy. The main back pain causes include hormonal changes as well as weight gain, which lead to stiffness and muscle strain. However, a little bit of caution along with some easy self-care tips can relieve you of pregnancy back pain.

Some people have absolutely no problem making a great first impression on a first date. It’’s probably safe to say, however, that most of us have just enough social anxiety to make it easier to embarrass ourselves on a first date than it is to make a great impression.
Don'’t feel like a weirdo if this describes you. Plenty of people have the same problem, and it’’s only natural. So for those of us not gifted with a complete lack of social anxiety, we present First Date Tips: How to Make a Good First Impression.
Step One - It’’s Corny, but it’’s True: be Yourself
The easiest way to be yourself: Don'’t treat the date like it’’s a huge deal!
If you go into a first date thinking, “This might be my future husband/wife! Everything’’s riding on this!” then you are probably going to get incredibly nervous.
There’’s plenty of other fish in the sea.
The simplest way to take the pressure off and allow yourself to simply act naturally is to not even think of it as a date. It’’s simply meeting a new person. Neither side should be going in with any expectations. Just act as you would around anyone for the first time.
Step Two - Presentation and Politeness
Being yourself doesn'’t mean you don'’t have to show just a bit of class.
Dress nicely, but don'’t overdo it. Just throw on whatever you think you look good in, maybe iron your favorite shirt or have your good dress pressed, and call it a day. Don'’t bother spending several hours putting on makeup. Just put on your normal, daily makeup (if you hit it off, this is how your date’’s going to be seeing you on a regular basis, anyways, no point in false advertising). Guys, you don'’t need to wear a suit. It’’s a date, not a job interview.
As for manners on a date: Each date is different, but you may not want to jump into volatile subjects of discussion, such as politics and religion, right off the bat. There’’s time for that if you go on a second date. You may also want to save crass humor for later. We all have a crude joke or two up our sleeves, but most people consider it tacky to take things in that direction on a first date.
Step Three - Don'’t be Desperate to Impress
Either you'’ll hit it off with your date, or you won'’t. Making a good first impression can count for a lot, but sometimes, two people just aren'’t right for one another.
The trick is to present yourself well so as to see if you have something in common with your date, and to see if you'’d like to continue seeing this person. A date isn'’t something you win or lose at, so there’’s no need to try to give a false impression. Don'’t feign interest and don'’t lie. Just be yourself, hope that your date is doing the same, and see if you hit it off.
And if you don'’t, there’’s plenty of other- well, you know.
